Nominated
artists work or worked in all kinds of visual arts:
– in
2 dimensions (abbreviation 2D): painters, graphic and poster artists,
photographers, theatre decorators, batik painters, illustrators, animators etc.;
– in
3 dimensions (abbreviation 3D): sculptors, jewelers, ceramists, authors of
installations etc.;
– in
4-dimensional continuum (abbreviation 4D): authors of performances,
happenings, videoinstallations etc.;
– in
two or more above mentioned dimensions (abbreviation 2–4D).
These
artists (from Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Britain, Bulgaria,
Canada, China, Colombia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India,
Israel, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal,
